Dr. Matt Oliver is the Executive Director of Lutherwood Residential Treatment Center which offers a secure residential treatment facility and community-based supports for children and teens who may have experienced abuse and/or neglect and exhibit behavioral health issues. As a licensed psychologist and executive leader who has worked in community behavioral health for nearly 20 years, he is passionately concerned about the health of our communities and has been a change leader to bring about effective community safety net collaboration and progressive programs designed to help our at-risk families be at their best. Dr. Oliver obtained his PhD in clinical psychology and MBA at the University of South Dakota and has been licensed in Indiana as an HSPP psychologist since 2006. Previously, Dr. Oliver has served as CEO for Turning Point SOC and in other executive leadership roles including chief operating officer, chief clinical and informatics officer, and has served on many social service agency boards. When not working, Dr. Oliver enjoys spending time with his family, doing home improvement projects, traveling the world to see the Dave Matthews Band, and series binging on Netflix.
