His career began in Cincinnati, where he quickly rose through the ranks as a retail Branch Manager. In 2011, he made the move to Indianapolis to oversee a region of 14 banking centers, successfully managing operations, driving growth, and fostering client relationships. His strong leadership in retail banking eventually led him to transition into Business Banking, where he excelled as both a Relationship Manager and an Area Manager, helping businesses thrive through tailored financial solutions and strategic guidance.

Throughout his career, Doug has been known for his hands-on approach, a deep commitment to his clients, and a track record of delivering results. His ability to build and nurture strong relationships has been key to his continued success in the ever-evolving banking landscape.

Doug has been happily married to his wife, Tara, for 18 years, and they have two teenage sons, Davis and Brandt. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active through hiking and golfing, and he’s an avid supporter of the Cincinnati Bengals.
